Solutions Focused Team Build facilitated process provides a safe and objective way for team members to vocalise needs, concerns, and requirements, and provides a tried process to generate valued and mutually agreed next stepped options in-line with your business requirements. It is anticipated that this process will identify business; team; and individual requirements (some of which may outline skill gaps or operational areas requiring change).
This involved style of facilitation, encourages team working and empowers team members to take personal responsibility for the effective implementation of their agreed actions.
Who is it for?
Department and project teams who wish to resolve areas of challenge; new teams wishing to establish ways of working; teams adapting to business change.
How do you use it?
Facilitated group session to include: Identifying Current Issues; Generating Potential Solutions; Consensus and Vote; Next Steps and Actions. All information in this meeting is documented provided to the client after the event so it can be effectively used to implement and track actions.
Followed by two half day sessions of supported follow-up – to enable continued and proactive implementation of actions;
6-8 week Group Interim Progress Follow-up
12-16 week Progress Follow-up and Report
(Additional follow-up sessions can also be scheduled to support your team’s on-going development).
